Is Mr Brown accountable?

Mr Brown has to answer a question put to him about the UK gold reserves and why he sold them costing the tax payer Stg 7bn in lost value.
Mr Brown is absolutely raping the UK tax payer and is he accountable? I doubt it like any dictator !
