I know he is trying to drum up business for the UK and I appreciate it, but this is where his Foreign policy knowledge falls flat.
It appears that he is welcoming Turkey into the EU or at least in words supporting it.
However, I don't think he has seen what has happened in Holland and Germany.
1. The old adage for the Turks. One in ALL in!!
2. Increasing raciual tension and Germnay has stopped the mass influx of Turks
3. Holland is also having underlying tension between Turks and nationals.
4. Schiphol is overrun with Turks and they more or less have their own terminal for flights.
In both Germany and Holland the Turks have invaded and taken a lot of the jobs because they are cheap. They mass and create their own communities and then demand equal rights!!
In the UK 95% of new jobs under Labour went to foreigners.
My question: what is left for the UK Nationals at the end of the day?
This will create more tension and will explode in the next decade.
What I don't understand is if Turkey and their culture is so good, why don't they all go back to Turkey?
It's bigger than the UK I think in size and at the hub of Europe and Middle East.
Why won't they integrate with whomever they invade?
Why are the youngsters all so shifty and stand on corners smoking and seem to be hiding things.

BP
So BP are trying to appease the USA by installing a Yankee boss!
Well it might work and it might not. If it does then they are more gullible than I thought.
However, share a thought for the Tony Hawayd the outgoing boss!!
He has been given a pension of about GBP 930,000 a year and has been given a non-executive
position with the Russian joint venture TNK-BP.
Now when I was in Russia it was horrible apart from being -22c.
The people were drinking at 9am going to work and that was the women, so it gives you an idea of life over there, that the women have to drink to forget their existance at 9am.
However, it is one of the worst currupt and mafia run places in the world, still full of KGB. I remember BP had to pay off the Russian government to get the venture going, even after BP had already been given a license.
The Russians didn't like it so they ordered the joint venture.It's called dangle the carrot and then screw them!

Arizona kicking out illegals
There is a lot of hype at the moment about a law in Arizona.
The law says that it will become an offense (as if it wasn't) to be an illegal and presumably imprisonable.
Now the Illegals are selling up and leaving, only to go to another state.
I am not sure why the law was passed and I guess it could have been that (1) they don't contribute to taxes etc (2) there are too many.
As I understand it, this law has been around for about 2 years so there was plenty of notice.
So thge newspapers are telling stories of illegals selling their possessions and leaving.
Personally I can't see a problem with this, for crying out loud they are ILLEGALS! or in USA terms ILLEGAL ALIENS!
If anything the local businesses should be up in arms as they are losing cheap labour, but they aren't.
Let's see what the other states do when they have an influx of illegals.
We should do this in the UK !!!

NHS cuts are in the wrong areas

So NHS is deciding to cut, Treatment, services, nurses etc.
The government has NOIT learned a lesson yet.
4 middle managers for every patient just isn't required and it is these positions that need to go!!
Of course the NHS is run by bungling power crazy people who can't manage or organize a 'piss up in a brewery'!!
The mis-management is out of control and it needs a strong Prime minister to change all of this.

New website will be coming soon
After yet another stupid council person thought of naming the Norfolk Broads ( pretty flat land with canals and holiday makers on barges) to the Magical Wonderland and other ideas and laws that waste money which is out tax money and no accountability I have decided to start a new website.
I have a number of friends willing to help.
The website is to list any stupid and PC rule/law and then name and shame the person who put it forward.
Also, we will try and list the cost to the tax payer.
It will be a community website and will cover:
++National Governments
++Local Councils
++EU Parliament
++Any Country
We know it goes on, but there is no accountability or transparency to these rules/laws and in most cases no referendum. These are generally brought in to appease associations, help corporations, help new ideas.
Example:
Light bulbs must be energy saving and new light bulbs must be produced.
Why? the others have lasted for tens of years.
The new light bulbs are a con to help the manufacturing industry.
In Amsterdam the new bulbs cost about Euro5.5 compared to a normal light bulb of about 50p.
Then it states they last for 5 years. Well mine lasted 2 weeks!!!
So the governments or in this case the EU help the light bulb people initially, by helping them make more money. In return we the government gets more tax! Well not if they last 5 years!
So it's all nonesense. What about the people who can't stand fluourescent lights. Like me it causes me a reading problem and some people have already stated it gives them a migraine!!

Elderly could still face 'death tax' to pay for care
What did I say about 6 months ago.
We are going to get taxed on either dieing or in fact being alive longer than the Government plans!!
The next thing will be a tax on being born.
Lets get this straight!!
The Government wants people to work in order to pay taxes. For this to be done we need babies for the future.
However, in order to have babies the government may tax us.
All our lives they will tax us in many ways.
We die and they tax us for having being in existance.
The world is MAD!!!!

Who is accountable these days?
Having made comments about silly and stupid laws passed in the UK and Europe I was having a discussion with my American friend and colleague yesterday. This discussion has been playing on my mind all night.
It dawns on me that he is absolutely correct (Although I don't like admitting he is correct) about government and local government and about who is responsible and accountable for the stupid decisions made.
Example:
Rule from EU that UK cannot import curved bananas!
The very fact that bananas grow on trees and have done for centuries and grow bent for a reason, in order to to bunch on the stalk high up, some stupid low brained idiot makes a rule. Most probably (1) they are a no brainer and have noithing to do (2) they are paid by someone to do this like a new banana growing country that has perfected a straight banana.
Example 2
EU nationals can come to the UK and claim all benefits including Children's benefit and housing benefit although the family is in their own country.
This drains STG 100's millions of pounds from our taxes, to just be siphoned off
Now in these 2 examples we should be asking ourselves
++Who Proposed these ideas
++Who decided to pass the law
++What are the consequences
++What does it mean to the UK individual.
Basically all of these questions are lost amongst beaurocracy and the fact that it is a body of people ( Civil Service, EU pariliament etc) who pass or sneak these stupid rules through.
With David Cameron passing decisions through to local council to hand back to the people, I don't think this will work. Some say it's a cost cutting exercise, but I don't think it will be.
1. A Head of Council earns about STG30k a year and now they will be asked to look after STG100 millions pounds and to run a county. Would you like to have to make these decisions for STG 30k a year. Of course not! So their salaries will go up to about STG150k a year, plus all of their cronies.
2. Many of them have had no business experience or real budgeting experience. In fact most are retired.
3. None of them undertsand for instance how much an IT project would be worth or how long it would go on. The same for road maintenance.
4. Most council employees are in it for the pension. They have no desire to make decisions or put their head above the parapet.
5. Being a Council employee has been about power. So if they get all of these millions, they will want to build empires and this will be a waste of money.
So all in all I hope that you can get my drift.

Wearing of Veils #2
It has been pointed out to me if there ios anything different to a woman wearing a veil, to a teenager youth wearing a hoodie, which is banned in shops and other places.
Of course there is, it's for women and Islam!!
However, what the M.P.'s don't know, is that the Muslim womans face being covered in the Quran is mentioned when she is feeding a baby, which is the only time that the Prophet Mohammed mentions it.
It's more to do with the Husband not showing his wife's beauty or that fact that she is an ugly moose!

Britain paying off Illegals in France!!

Now you just can't make things like this up can you??
Before they get to the UK we are paying illegals to go back home. Now if I was one of them I would do it several times with a chnaged name etc and make a racket of it.
Maybe if Britain announced that caught Illegals will be given "Hard time" in a prison, make them work for Brtiain for free and after 3 years send the buggers back, it might deter them!
We will get extra cheap labour.
But Oh no the British MP and legal system as well as the Euro Human Rights would be against it. Why is this?
Because they want to screw the UK. They don't seem to be doing it in France!
If I got into power I would dessimate the PC and Legal system and denounce the Human Rights act as a load of balls!
If I get enough votes on my Blog I may return to UK and cause havoc in Parliament!!

New Australian femail Prime Minister has Balls!!
The new Prime Minister Julia Gillard has put her reputation and job on the line by calling an election 3 weeks after she has been in Office.
This is either very brave and foolhardy or a very clever political person.
I am not sure which, as I don't know her.
However, I hear that she is like a rotweiler with lipstick!
After Maggie Thatcher it isn't surprising to see a female PM anywhere, except none are generally as astute as her.Maggie surrounded herself with statesmen and proven politicians. In Fact, she only had one other female in her Cabinet, who was Baroness Young as the Privy Seal, which is legal advice.
In this day and age , as my friend tells me, we are turning women in the UK into men! This means that we are keen to promote them to all kinds of senior positions, to which they are not equipped. This isn't derogatory. Women do some things very well, that a man can't and generally running a country, isn't one of them!

I just don't get this in Britain!
A number of countries are now banning the wearing of the burka or any other facial cover, because it is our right to see people's faces.
But in Britain they have said that they will not follow this rule eventhough we have had incidents of terrorists covering their faces and escaping.
Of course Britains stupid MP's feel it is an afront to order Muslims to do this.
Well what about the Arabs refusal to allow Churches in their countries (not all) isn't this an afront against Christians.
It's still my view, that if Muslims want to come and live in Britain, then let them stick to our rules.
In Saudi Arabia it is punishable by jail to go to a Christian gathering!
What is typical of the civil Service and government is that in our passports, it states by declaration, that it is the property of the UK Government and should not be given up. In Saudi the employer and the government state that you have to give up your passport and the Embassy does nothing about it, but shrug their shoulders ( I lived there for 7 years). WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT?
We are a mambypamby state frightened to upset anyone else except our own, because we British people have NO suppoort from our government. Let's get real and use common sense!

House prices to fall 20%
Wow! they have actually caught up with me!!!
Readers of my blog will note that I said this weekes ago, because of the policies the government are bringing in.
I contacted the Bank of England to suggest a way that this wouldn't happen, but they replied politely telling me to get lost!!!!
Now we see who is right.
This can still be stopped, but unfortunately, the Conservatives don't have an email for me to contact from abraod to advise them.
I may not be the brightest spark, but I am very good at analyzing economies, which is why I was a successful Trader, before I retired to consultancy.
I am still available if the Bank of England or the Government want to know how to stop a crash!!

Falling Standards of living
According to the press this will be for next 4 years according to a Treasury advisor.
Well I would say that this will happen for next 10 years. Roughly the same time the Labour government was in power, this is historically usual! People have short memories and the advisors are wet behind the ears and won't listen to people like me, who do rememeber these things.
Couples will end up having less children if any at all and therefore all tax receivables for governments will fall, creating another blackhole.
This could be the end of human civilsation as we know it!
I am not Mr Doom, but a realist and the good times have gone for some years.

Murderers to escape an automatic Life sentence!
What utter rubbish in the press today!
For years a life sentence has meant that the offender gets out after say 15 years, so why is it a life Sentence.
What they should be saying is a Life Sentence means a Life Sentence!
The Biggs brothers only robbed a mail train ( yes someone did die, but not by them) and got Life! and the establishment are stsill uposet they haven't been able to get Ronny even on his ' Death bed'
The legal system in the UK has been made a laughing stock by Labour.
Now if the government actually had a lateral think they would say
' Let's build new prisons and this will create jobs and money for the economy from the workers'
' throw out all the Foreigners back to their homeland'
' employ Prison Warders and Police' this helps the economy
etc etc

e.g. someone I know was looking after money for a pensioner. That person has stolen Stg30k from the pensioner who is in a home. So where is the deterant??? with unemployment where it is there are 2 possibilities:
1. A serious war
2. Part Anarchy
So look on the bright side!

Collateral Damage !
Probation watchdog: serious crimes may be price to pay for cutting cost of justice
This is just unbelievable !!
1. A large percentage of criminals etc are foreigners, so send them back, even if they try to claim asylum. Better off they are killed rather than Brits! Also cuts our bills to house them
2. Make them work hard and cut our costs
3. Sack the person who has said this crap!!

1. A large percentage of criminals etc are foreigners, so send them back, even if they try to claim asylum. Better off they are killed rather than Brits! Also cuts our bills to house them

Calculated Economics
I calculated before the World Cup began and bet:
That Holland to be highest European team in World Cup
That Spain would win the World Cup
So as you can see I am fully hedged and can't lose!!!
This is true economical management.

Britain is becoming pink and soft
"Political asylum" my arse!!!
Why should we keep muslims here who are gay because they may be killed in their own country.
Then some idiot in the judicial system says they can stay 'cos they need to practise openly and not closeted.
What is that all about!!!!!
1. There are millions of gay Arabs ( one guy was from Iran) isn' t that why we call them shirt lifters??? I have lived and worked in the MidEast for 15 years and I can tell you it's true!!

relying on European armed forces
In the press today they are telling us about the cuts in Armed Forces funding will make us rely more on our European partners.
This is not a good idea!!
Why?
1. We will not be able to protect countries where we have an interest in i..e. Kuwait a protected country by agreement, Falklands as 2 examples.
2. What support have we had regarding Iraq, Afghanistan etc err how about little.
3. Trust from allies like USA and the intelligence we receive.
4. We could be used for their conflicts as well.
So all in all we will be too thin and little to protect our interest anymore and we will become a minor player in the world.
What planet are these politicians on??

Bob Crowe and the Unıons wıll kıll Sterlıng to the Dollar at 1.05
If anyone wıth half a braın and memory wıll remember that Bob Crowe of the bıggest Unıon, trıed to brıng the Labour party to ıt's knees and now he wants to try and do the same wıth the new government, after the Unıons have been warned, that theır pensıons wıll be at rısk ıf they cause problems. So Mr Crowe whose pensıon and salary ıs safe, wıll make an all out call for members to strıke. The government wıll hıt the pensıons and jobs and ın the end Bob Crowe wıll 'compromıse', by gettıng less than the members were gettıng before, plus a loss of many jobs!! The guy ıs an ımbecıle. He doesn't care about hıs members one ıota.
Now combıned wıth the Austerıty package, housıng measures etc Sterlıng wıll go to about 1.05 agaınst the Dollar. Why thıs level?, well because ıt went there and below to 1.0150 when I was a trader, plus sterlıng needs to go thıs low to try and make exports cheaper to get manufacturers out of theır mısery. If the economy ıs bad shape then ınflatıon wont come ınto ıt wıth a low exhange rate. Mark my words!!!
