Immigration cap is not possible !!

As I have said in the past this cap on immigration isn't going to work.
Today it seems the influential Institute for for Public Policy Research agrees with me.

1. The figures don't count for EU migrants. This means that if the Greeks, Spanish, Irish etc want to come and work in the UK as they can't get jobs in their own countries, the UK government CANNOT do anything.

2. 500,000 ethnic Hungarians living in non-EU countries could come to the UK in the New Year.

3. 100,000 fewer people leaving the UK

4. net 200,000 migrants increase the UK population.

5. Each working fam,ily now have to pay out STG 30,000 a year to pay for migrants and other peoples benefits

6. taking into account the figures I have shown over the past few weeks we can see that for each family a total of
STG 10,000 plus is now leaving our pockets and it still hasn't finished.

Most of 2 and 4 will claim benefits

As I said this cannot be sustained and something has to give.

During the term of Labour and the demise of the UK PLC, the latest is that Projects approved by Labour are to cost more than 5 times the original cost. Well that is a surprise!! (not)
The dis-concerning thing is that it will cost each tax payer an extra STG14,800 and that is just these 500 projects and not others !!!
This is a total cost STG 245 bn and as interest rates go up it will cost more.
So say Mortgage rates go to 8 pct as I see them going for now then this will increase in interest to Stg 1,410,000,000 for 30 years as they are based on 30-40 year payments.
This means another STG85 per person.

So if I said about a week ago that the tax rises and cuts have cost each of us STG5000 so far we also have this now and more to come.
Oh and we will have to fund anymore bailouts for the EU.

In essence it's very depressing and you have to see, we are going into a depression no matter what they call it!!!
Something has to give.

EU in trouble and getting worse!

Expect Portugal or Greece to pull out of the Euro and throw the EU into crisis.

If you think about it logically, what does Portugal and Greece have to manufacturer or produce to make up their debts?
Olives, Wine, but mainly tourism.
If people are in debt or trying to reduce debt, then they won't be going away on holiday will they?

Ireland is a little different. They are masters at screwing the EU for money, so they can't afford to go down the tubes. Also, RBS has an exposure of STG 50+ bln pounds and you may well ask how !! So this will reflect on the UK, so that's why it won't go down the tubes.

Hamza Daughter in law arrested in Prison!

I cannot understand for the life of me why the government put up with this family?
Hamza preaches death to the infidel in the UK and his whole family are involved.
They also sponge all kinds of benefits, but own a few houses.
How can this happen?

This time his Daughter-in-law tried to sneak a mobile phone to him in prison so he can do his dastardly business!

So make it easy on us and just deport the whole family back to the Middle East or Pakistan, where they come from and even if they don't do it anyway and let them suffer in a controlled and oppressive environment!!!

Saved Banks take no notice of the Government and tax payer

Part of the Government bail out using TAX PAYERS money, was for the banks to lend to business to get the economy working again and the unemployed back to work.
Instead the banks have stuck 2 fingers up at the government and reaped in the profits, while still having huge expense bills.
The National Audit Office has just announced that:
RBS now owned by the government and tax payers by 84% failed to lend STG22 billion last year
Lloyds owned 41% by the Government and tax payer failed to lend STG8 billion.

The question is, what is to be done to punish them.
Basically, NOTHING. The government has failed miserably on this whole things and still no note of when we get our money back in our pockets!!!!

Local Councils compensation gravy train!

A woman in the North of England has claimed STG500,000 for various things from 4 local council jobs!
Now you would think that on an application and some research you could find out after 1-2 times this woman is non-employable, but no the PC brigade in the councils say you can't refuse someone, especially if they are well in with the Unions or lawyers.

Anyway...
Pauline Scanlon who is more like shrek than an vulnerable young lady, has lodged 4 complaints over the course of 10 years whereby she has worked for a series of public bodies in junior roles.
Mrs Scanlon lives in North Yorks with her retired husband has been awarded STG480,000 from Redcar and Cleveland council. She had accused her employer of sex descrimination, victimisation and unfair dismissal.
The settlement finalised this year amounted to:
STG100,000 for loss of earnings ( junior role!)
STG150,000 for future loss of earnings
STG87,000 pension loss
STG20,900 for injury to feelings

Her salary was STG 25,000 (again junior role!)

She said that things went bad after she complained that the council had breached it's own policy by appointing a HR manager without advertising the post.

Now her role is unclear from the newspaper report.
She is reported to be rude and unfriendly etc, which I can believe for someone who habitually takes employers to court.

But what is laughable is that she claims :
She didn't like a colleagues calendar that showed Robin Williams trousers around his ankles
Someone lifting her coat and brushing their hand on her bottom and thigh and displayed a soft porn calendar.

This is a true sponger who looks for places to sue.

Tony Blair should be charged with being a traitor !!

After all the work that Margret Thatcher did in 1984 with the EU, Tony Blair has taken it away and more with his self importance.
We all knew he was after the Presidency of the EU and in doing so, he sold the UK PLC.

His decision to cut Britain's EU rebate is set to cost the British taxpayer billions of pounds and equal to at least STG 700 a year per person, on top of the current STG 5000 it's costing in austerity measures.

New figures from the UK Treasury indicate that the cost of the decision, dubbed the 'surrender' will continue after the period covered by Mr Blair's negotiations end in 2013.
The cost to each working household between 2009 and 2015, the date of the next general election is put at STG694.61.
Mr Cameron will need to claw some of this back when he begins the next set of negotiations on the rebate in 2012.
Mr Blair said that the 'anomaly has to go' and gave up large chunks of it in return for a promise of a root and branch reform of the Common Agriculture policy which has NEVER happened.
So basically, Mr Blair gave another STG 11 bln for nothing.
This just proves his lack of brinkmanship and European immaturity and the fact that he was in it for what he could get.
Oh yes! he never did get the Presidency!!

Winter tyres

Winter tyres are law in Germany and in Scandinavia they have ion built spiked tyres.
Expect after this winter that we will get a similar law.
Only it will be a question of Deeper tread tyres or spiked tyres, all for our normally short winter.
Most probably a funder for the Conservatives will be a foreign tyre manufacturer!!

Cost of living

So after my blog today about the cost of living costing us about another STG 5000, we gte anotgher announcement today that the government wants renewable energy or Nuclear energy.
It will cost us more money and they say aboiut STG 200 a year per person. If we leave it later it will cost us more.
Regardless reckon on at least STG 1000 each a year, even if it's started in the near term.
So we are now upto STG 6000 a year more in taxes and utility bills.

Cost of living is becoming unsustainable

Austerity is all very well, but when the people are being charged beyond living this becomes a problem.
If you take all the rises and taxation announced and are about to be announced I reckon peoples income has fallen by about STG 5000 per year for the normal office clerk.
We are now seeing the foreign companies who own the utilities raising their prices yet again.
Gas and electricity has risen about 75% over the past 2 years.
There is no justification apart from greed.

Maybe the student protests are just the beginning of anarchy.

Incompetence at RBS and the Government

According to the papers it seems that NO ONE knows where the money for the RBS bailout has gone and neither is anyone accountable!
So facts time:
1.The UK tax payer, paid at least STG 10 bln to Scottish bank to stop it going bust
2.Sir Fred Goodwin was the Prime Ministers favourite banker. The Prime Minister is scottish
3.Sir Fred Goodwin walked away with millions of pounds and wasn't accountable at all
4.RBS did NOT need to buy ABNAMRO a failing bank
5.FSA approved the purchase knowing the ABNAMRO was in trouble
6.The FSA will not release any information on the bail out for RBS
7.The government and the authorities say that they will NOT release details of the bail out because it's too complicated for NORMAL people to understand

Now of course the last comment means that they have no idea where the money went and don't want to appear incompetent. We have seen this all before. It's a Labour and Government issue as well as the FSA, as none of them have a clue. How they can call themselves finnancial people, advisors etc I don't know. My Mum knew more about finances than they do.

And yet here we are December 2010, with RBS spending hundreds of thousands of pounds of our money as tax payers and yet still NO comment about when and how we will get it back!!!

EU on verge of collapse

As I have said on numerous occassions, the EU and the Euro are going to collapse.
The latest is Belgium. Already near to bankruptcy on an annual basis it looks likely to be downgraded by the rating agencies and spreads on bonds etc have risen.
This puts Belgium in the 3rd world level !!

So how can the EU continue in a broken country?
Only that it's easy to fiddle expenses and claim ridiculous amounts taxpayers money, without being accountable.

UK average house price

Today it stands at STG 167,900 in the not too distant future it will stand at STG 145,000

Banks are still not lending unless it's for 14-20%
Mortgages are only 4%, so why would they lend at this level?
Because the government is weak in ordering them to. Until this is resolved then the economy will not pick up.
Plus of course when they do lend then Inflation will have gone up.

Also, the USA hasn't picked up yet so expect a fall back in the GDP and forecast on growth in the UK

Irish bail out and the UK may have more to pay out

Well what a surprise.
The UK Chancellor is now saying what I have been saying for weeks.
The Irish bail out is only the start!
The British are powerless to say 'No' and apparently after the previous Chancellor Alastair Darling we will have to pay an 8th of all debt bailouts plus we cannot opt out of the EU until 2013 at which time we could be bankrupt!!!
I reckon we will need to fund the EU by another STG 100bn.

So as riots engulf the Irish capital yesterday, the picture emerges.

British banks have debt to Irish banks of between STG 88-150 bn
Th EU has ordered us to pay for a start STG 7 bn.
The Irish Total National debt is 76 bn.

So on this alone Ireland has spent between STG 164-226 bn more than their revenues.
Eh!!! something seems wrong here the numbers don't add up and are crazy!!

Yes and now wait until SPAIN and PORTUGAL announce they need help.

Look to the magix STG1 Trillion of bail outs for the EU to be found by mainly 8 countries which incl:

France

So Ireland has finally admitted that it's in a financial crisis.
So again. not only is RBS in the mire to the tune of about STG 50bn

What they don't mention of course is the interest as well.
Based on Ireland saying they want a 4 year loan this will cost STG 1.550 bn in interest alone.
I doubt that we will get the interest from Ireland but it will cost this to cover the loan by the UK in Gilts.

This will of course multiply when the other countries want the funding i.e. Spain, Portugal etc

So let me get this straight!
UK is in financial problems, as well as France, Germany and Holland.
But they are expected to fund those countries that are already net takers from the EU.

So just by using common sense, you can appreciate that this cannot continue.
What will happen is that UK, Germany, France and Holland will fund this and then they are in deep trouble and there is no one to bail them out. However, the likes of Greece and Ireland will be in better shape 'cos they have taken their money out of EU

EU is broke and falling like a pack of cards

I have depressed myself this morning thinking about the current Ireland situation.
1. UK is exposed by STG 153 bln
2. RBS is exposed by STG50+ bln and this is most probably 'cos they own Ulster Bank
3. UK has to pay STG 7bln to the EU to help Ireland eventhough we have a huge exposure
4. Ireland was the best at getting money out of the EU and that's why they have the best Road system in Europe.
5. What comes out of Ireland as far as industry or any real product? They have graduates and builders.
6. There is no central control or Risk Management in the EU so what are other banks are exposed and how much is the EU exposed to Ireland.
7. How on earth is Ireland to repay this debt.

There are 4.6 million inhabitants so that means that for each person the government has taken from the UK banks STG 33,000 approx.
Salaries in Ireland are low and the tax is high, so payback was years.
This doesn't take into account the borrowings from the EU, Other banks in different countries.
Ireland's average male age is 34 years old.
The population growth is only 1% per year, so it's likely that the adult population is too slow to pay it all back in time.
GDP is in decline by 7% per year.
These are facts from the CIA in USA.

Why will it cost STG 850 million and we all know it's likely to be STG 1.2-1.6 bln and how can this be justified.
Why is it being built in Luxembourg another Benelux country.

Belgium is always nearly broke
Belgium and Luxembourg are one of the biggest areas for Fraud and Money Laundering.
Brussels is where the HO for the EU is and look at their expense claims etc
Luxembourg still has a banking industry which is secretative and therefore ideal for laundering.

EU new HQ

The EU at the time they are telling everyone to make cuts, are going to spend STG 850 million on a new HQ in Luxembourg!
This is to house Lawyers and Translators.
It wouldn't be because the Benelux have the highest number of translators and lawyers will it?
It means that MEP's will have to travel between Luxembourg and Brussels. A few hours drive, but what's the betting that there will be new apartments sold and of course flights or BMW's along the road.

Then they have sneaked out another document ' a salary increase +.4% in Brussels and Luxembourg.

This is disgusting for the euro parasites and jobs for the boys brigade.
I again point out what happens when people get to the EU and who else follows:

Debt ridden UK

It's nice to know, that after about 9 months PwC one of the big five accounting companies has decided to agree with my comments about Interest Rates and Debt etc.

However, as with all of these companies they come out with comments late and far in excess of what really happens.
So before you slit your throat, I would sit back and think for yourself.
Personally, I have known it's bad, but not as bad as they say.
The models these companies use, have a  certain amount of assumptions in place, but are generally floored for extremes. What they don't take into account are things like conflicts and the need for China to continue to expand and that will mean eventually prices coming down and their use of oil and power.

Also what these models are not saying is that there are cycles, and these are normally 15 years for the trough and 7 years for the peaks. According to many companies we have been in the trough for a while. I still things coming up better at end 2013 and beginning 2014. Until then it will be miserable.

A Iraqi taxi driver in Amsterdam

Today I was driven by an Iraqi taxi driver who is a Christian.
He of course was telling me that the Christians in Iraq are being killed and driven out by the Muslims.
He also said the same is happening in Amsterdam. If he gets a Muslim in his cab i.e. 1 in 5 approx in Holland are Muslim, then he has to hide his cross because they then abuse him.

Surely this isn't right in a strong Christian country is it?

Chain gang for the long term benefit takers

So the government thinks that long term unemployed are likely to get back to work if they chain gang them into picking up litter for 30 hours a week!

1. The government is cutting staff so who will organize and control these chain gangs
2. If the government can't arrange jobs and apprenticeships what are people to do
3. It will cost a fortune to organize this and implement
4. The Government employers will just check people off because they don't have the motivation to implement it

6. Most long term unemployed don't want to work, so if they have no benefits for 3 months how will the government treat their families. Most likely more children's credit

With the government selling utility companies to foreigners one of the big companies for electricity has just been sold from EDF (French) to a large Chinese company for STG 6bn. I think EDF made about STG 4bn on this and it all goes back to frogland !!!!

Now if I know the Chinese (having been there on business):
1. all profits will go back for sure
2. they will have the infrastructure to squeeze the UK
3. they will have the infrastructure for spying because they will control cabling pipelines, electricity and be able to tap into exchanges etc

THIS week we have been hit by the brain-pummelling news that the mightiest armed forces in the world (ours) are to cooperate and share stuff with definitely not the mightiest armed forces in the world (France).

As I look at the facts now, through the haze of a four-day drink-it-to-forget-it bender, I still don't believe it.

After all, while times were tight under New Labour (who seemed to want to scrap with anyone who so much as looked at Tony Blair's wife - and let's be honest, no one did if they could help it) our Boys and Girls were able to make a little go a long way.

Their boots might have been melting in the heat but still the Army marched on. The RAF dominated the skies with their four jets and six working helicopters (five actually flying, one up on bricks for spares) which, for my money, is taking the idea of The Few a bit literally.

The Navy patrolled the seas in some of the mightiest dinghies the world has ever seen. The message was 'Give us some of the kit but maybe not all of it and we can do it'.

But now the Coalition have got in, things have taken a bonkers turn.

Don't get me wrong, I understand cuts have to be made, but our reputation is such that they shouldn't matter.

Which other country could have an aircraft carrier without aircraft? The enemy would see that and panic. 'Wow, they're so good they don't even need the planes' is what the Argies might say. Our submarines can be parked on a beach for all to see as if to say, 'Look, we're this confident, we don't need to hide underwater'.

But the Coalition have gone merger mad - and just as Nick Clegg as deputy dawg was unthinkable before May, so the prospect of Anglo-French military cooperation was beyond belief. But it's happened.

I suppose this is one time we should be grateful they don't teach history properly in schools any more, because for those of us who know any it's going to need a complete rewrite.

Falklands are doomed in the new agreement with France

I just can't help highlighting that the UK is now fundamentally flawed and we have idiots governing!

A new agreement today, which is to be signed, means that UK and France will share war ships and Nuclear secrets! Which is a bit of an oxymoron, because it can't be a secret anymore, especially the way the French lose secrets and seem to publish them.
What this means is 2 things:
1. We end up giving part of the Oil revenue away to the lazy French.
2. They can block any conflict we want to go to.

The French have just announced that they are going into Iraq for commercial activities, as they did with Libya and Iran after their conflict with the U.S.
I bet they won't include UK even if they want our ships off Iraq!!

Of course we won't mention the war when they surrendered more easily than putting your hand up to be served in a cafe!!

I think it's now official, we are a third world tiny country of insignificance. I hope the politicians are very proud of themselves.

UK increase in Funding EU surrender

I said it the other day and I think I am going to be right again.
Only I ma confused about the figures and percentages.

The other day I wrote that the EU wants an increase in Funding of Stg 840 million which I thought was a 6 pct increase.
Now Cameron is compromising from a NO INCREASE situation to a small increase 2.9 of Stg 430 million.
Now if you do the maths here there is a difference of Stg827 million.
So are we funding the ER by Stg 14 bn or 14.827 bn???

Which then changes the figures slightly and we could be increasing by 3 pct.

I said Cameron didn't have the balls to stand up to the EU MEP's who are demanding this increase. I am right of course!!!

We will hear the final result tonight no doubt of how much Cameron has caved in.
By the way, all of this increase by the members are to pay for salaries of existing MEP's or new ones from the lesser states forming more Quangos! JOBS FOR THE BOYS/GIRLS

A Elf & Safty warning!!!

Southampton NHS has gone stupid!

Halloween is full of tricks and games for the kids.
One of the games is Apple bobbing which involves placing Apples in a bucket of water and the Kids/Adults duck their heads in the water and try to grab an apple with their mouth and pull it out.

Southampton NHS has declared that it's dangerous and that people playing this game need:
++Goggles ( not sure if these are diving goggles) but it's about Cornea scratches and infections. Oh and the high velocity impact of an apple hitting the eye!
++Remove Apple stalks as it could cause people to be blinded

So a game that is done generally once a year and for about 5 mins is to be banned!!

Who do the MEP's think they are?
1. they are not elected
2. they are not accountable
3. they have no real agenda
4. they are expense parasites
5. half of them are crooks claiming wrong expenses and then never being sacked. Lot's of freebies
6. are in Brussels that has been nearly bankrupt twice but claim it almost annually

The Prime Minister is expected to agree that the £107bn budget will increase by at least 2.9 per cent in 2011, despite previous British demands that it should not rise at all.

The UK's contribution could grow by more than £400 million, despite swingeing cuts across Whitehall.

But Mr Cameron has embarked on a diplomatic offensive by telephone to try to keep the rise to a minimum - and well below the 5.9 per cent demanded by MEPs.

His conversations with German chancellor Angela Merkel, French president Nicolas Sarkozy and European Council president Herman Van Rompuy came as he prepared to attend an EU summit in Brussels.

While the budget is not on the formal agenda, it will dominate conversations on the sidelines and in meetings between government heads and officials.

Mr Cameron, who will be attending his first EU summit as Prime Minister, has been calling for a freeze in the budget at a time when many countries, including the UK, are cutting spending.
