Chain gang for the long term benefit takers

So the government thinks that long term unemployed are likely to get back to work if they chain gang them into picking up litter for 30 hours a week!
what a load of tosh!!!!
1. The government is cutting staff so who will organize and control these chain gangs
2. If the government can't arrange jobs and apprenticeships what are people to do
3. It will cost a fortune to organize this and implement
4. The Government employers will just check people off because they don't have the motivation to implement it
5. it would be more constructive to implement National Service
6. Most long term unemployed don't want to work, so if they have no benefits for 3 months how will the government treat their families. Most likely more children's credit

It's about time someone actually sat back and thought about these things before advertising them.
