UK Prime Ministers holidays!

I blogged a few weeks ago that I can't believe how many holidays Cameron is taking.
He rushed back from Italy or had just returned when the riots happened.
It seems it was too much for him, so he has taken another holiday!
I just don't get it, who is running the UK?
